Get the Rachel Douchemug. This term applies to people who feel they must put a Dr. in front of their name to imply some sort of power, prestige or additional knowledge of something they know nothing about. By the addition of the title Dr. they might even assume they are some sort of Doctard or have some knowledge about the medical profession. In reality they are nothing more than a douche.
