An entertainer in the circus, the theater, the hospital, at a party or in the humanitarian business who makes audiences laugh with his/her antics, brings happiness to others with his/her friendly demeanor and makes people forget, momentarily, all the trouble in their lives by so doing.
If by chance some day you're not feeling well and you should remember some silly thing I've said or done and it brings back a smile to your face or a chuckle to your heart, then my purpose as your clown has been fulfilled. - Red Skelton

Get the clownmug. a person, usually a girl, who wears any amount of the following: jewelry, makeup, lipstick, mascara, eye liner, eye lash extensions, perfume, nail polish, nail extensions, or any other product that is even remotely similar to, or in the same category as, those products
note #1:
A clown is usually a girl, but in rare cases, could be a boy. Take James Charles for example. That man is a clown.
note #2:
Society tends to teach girls that they need to improve upon their appearance, implying that there is something wrong with their raw and natural appearance to begin with. But in reality, most efforts to improve upon her appearance is actually doing the exact opposite: making it worse. A wise man once told us to be the change that we want to see in the world. I want see the world change for the better in many ways. One of these ways is for such products and practices to become non-existent. Finding a girl who does not use such products or do such practices is a rare occurrence that I actively seek out. Sometimes, it almost seems to be less common than winning the lottery. And on the rare occasion that I actually meet a girl who says that she does not use such products or commit such practices, I am actually more happy in that moment than I would be if I were to win the lottery.

note #3:
These products and practices produce a mask over the face of the wearer. This mask covers up the true, raw, natural appearance of the wearer. The girl in example #2 below needs to remove this mask, and show the boy what her face is really made of. Then and only then, the boy will be able to even begin to determine an answer to her question. But until then, her face remains covered up with a mask that she believes to provide her with beauty, when in fact, it does the exact opposite, and causes her to appear as though she were a circus clown.
example #1:
*A clown is nearby.*
boy #1: "Dude, that girl is so hot!"
boy #2: "HA! If you're into clowns!"
boy #1: "What do you mean?"
boy #2: "I mean that she is a clown."
boy #1: "And what is that supposed to mean?"
boy #2: "Look it up on the urban."
example #2:
girl clown: "Hey, do I look pretty?"
boy who is not a clown: "Girl, I have no clue."
girl: "What do you mean?"
boy: "I mean that you are a clown."
girl: "What is THAT supposed to mean?"
boy: "Look it up on the urban."
