People would then combine memes with either pieces of popular culture, or in context with other memes.

One Meme Wonder

A person that's known for a meme that they made/are in, and are only known for that meme. Sometimes they either accept it and move on with their life, or try and make some profit out of it before it gets old and some even make a decent sized platform out of it, but some can sometimes be annoying as hell and drag that meme for years.
