Synonymous with Garbage Gut

Someone who eats poor quality food or junk food often and doesn't give a fuck about it, resulting in obesity, or other various health problems from not eating correctly. Trash guts often like fast food places and they are immune to food poisoning of any kind because they've grown immunities to the bad bacteria by being exposed to them often.

A trash shot is when you collect all the left over alcohol from empty bottles and pour it into a shot glass. Mostly a college drink, because of unnecessary need to save every bottle of alcohol they drink from.
