Full Throttle Syndrome

Also known as Go-hard disease.

This is a rare condition where the brain breaks the communication with the right wrist, thus deeming the wrist uncontrollable.

The name was coined after Jacob Godar, who no matter what the consequences, risking life and limb, will go wide open- indefinitely.

Throttle=I wanna fuck you

When a hot woman passes by, or if anyone sees a hot chick, you yell throttle to inform everyone you would fuck her. Also, jokingly used on fat/ugly chicks. The great thing about throttle is that no women know what it means, so you can say it straight to their face and they will have no clue.

A term that may be used in many contexts which simultaneously expresses an underlying resentment over the loss of net neutrality.

It may be used literally to express slow internet or to express a loss of brain bandwidth due to external influences such as alcohol or social media.

I was so throttled after I saw my ex's latest Facebook post. I couldn't even remember the powerhouse of the cell.
