Wrongful Shirt

A tortious claim against a defendant for a patently bad shirt. This designation is determined by examining such elements as the texture, color and and pattern of the shirt. Various button configurations are also evaluated based on the following categories; two button, three button, button up and no button. The degree of severity can be judged by these distinction.

The comforting action of pinching a shirt slightly above the belly button area, extending the arm and quickly releasing. This action is done subconsciously by many to provide a euphoric feeling of comfort and relief. The shirt-pull has gone mildly unnoticed for several years but spotting a shirt-pull has now become a national pastime as many have discovered the delight and joy of identifying

somebody mid-shirtpull.
*When correctly identifying a shirt-pull, it is crucial to "chalk-one-up", in order to correctly keep a mental tally.
