Functioning Virgin

A person who has not had sexual intercourse despite appearing to be physically and socially capable of doing so. This person might look good but struggle with communicating with the preferred sex or being unable to close the deal. This could be due to "putting the pussy on a pedestal" which makes it hard for guys to speak to girls.

A lot of guys are functioning virgins because they don't go out and take girls on dates or even attempt to go out of their way to introduce themselves to girls because they're afraid of rejection. Either that or lack confidence.

A computer can't function without an operating system

A total lie usually mentioned in computer textbooks when talking about operating systems. Older computers sometimes do not have an operating system, so this is totally a lie because these computers can still function. Also, even modern computers can make use of the Basic Input Output System (BIOS) to do some basic tasks such as viewing and changing the date.

School textbooks: "A computer can't function without an operating system!"

Functional marginalized whiner

A black kid that never got their ass whooped by an authority figure (such as a parent) as a kid, then they get out into the world where not everybody has to be nice or refrain from cursing all the time and all of a sudden it's harder to be them than it is to be anybody (especially somebody with lighter skin/hair).

Nobody ever picked on the functional marginalized whiner, instead people usually picked on people they thought were easier targets, people with lighter skin and hair, people that seemed more childish and fucked up, people that didn't seem as together.
