A kid that is so bad you wanna choke his neck...the worst of the worst, uncontrollable outta line ...misbehaved spoiled brat kid, makes you so mad you wanna ring his neck...Lol

Once at the grocery store I saw this outta control 1 yr old kid in his mothers arms...smacking the mothers face outta anger...yelling screaming...I thought to myself "what a Brat Neck Kid"
