The term Bindcel is typically used to describe a person who is a member of the Bindeleddet, and takes their position very seriously. Cel comes from the word incel, which refers to a person who lives in involuntary celibacy. Bindcels spend most of their free time writing CVs, ironing shirts and fondling their asses.
