A human, or group of humans, characterized by groteseque obesity, (so intense that thier skeletal system can barely withstand the onslaught of the calorie induced burden known as fat) who walk by whipping thier legs in short jerky motions, like a penquin or leg amputee.

Plural: Leg Whippers.
