Fiend hit

When you smoke a cigarette off the but you hold it and smoke through your thumb and pointer finger to act as a filter rather than putting your lips on the actual cigarette filter. Some trick fiends would do to avoid catching any disease from whoever previously smoked it.

"Hey dude I went to walmart and got a couple boges from the ashtray, you want one?"
