Rum Slur Syndrome

A neurological disease that causes the sufferer to experience a wide variety of symptoms, similar to a very mild form of asperger's or social anxiety.

Symptoms include but are not limited to-
- Slurred speech
- Inability to finish thoughts or sentences
- Moodyness
- An uncontrollable guilty conscience
- Inability to pick up on other social queues

-Obsessive personality
Sufferers also exhibit physical symptoms
-Clumsyness
-Being easily injured
-Minor hearing or visual abnormalities
Symptoms simulate that of being constantly buzzed, or a little drunk, hence the name

hot buttered rum

This is the combination of four basic things which varies with the addition of various spices in accordance to personal taste. The basic ingredients are in order of mixing:
1. Hot water
2. Sugar
3. Molasses
4. Butter
5. Rum
The sugar, molasses, butter, and spices should be mixed together into a batter and then mixed into the hot water, before the rum is mixed in. Hot buttered rum batter can be purchase from Trader Joe's.

After the blizzard was over he was ready for a hot buttered rum.
