Pharbz is what you call someone who is either really sad or a big fan of the icon herself Phoebe Bridgers. If you are a pharb you probably also listen to Taylor Swift, Lorde, Mitski, Conan Gray, Girl in Red, Gracie Abrams and Lana.
Also you're probably mentally ill, mentally unstable or both!
