An over exaggeration of ones life during ridicule. Not necessarily meaning one will, "Smoke Meth & Hail Satan". The saying was made popular by clothing brand Anchorsand producing t-shirt and goodies displaying that sentence.
The idiom was created by close friend of the brand and releases in 2012 short after his decease.

A great person with amazing grades. Hails is very passionate about her sport and she does everything to help herself get better. She has crocs a little dog and has one of the most perfect lives ever. Her mom and her dad fight, but she just ignores them. Her sister doesn’t eat but all those things don’t keep her from loving her life.
