When someone decides to take a break from doing anything for the day or hours at a stretch they "dump around".

This could include being shirtless and walking around your house and "dumping around" in your living room .. play some Halo.. then go dump around your porch.. make some pizza bagels and sit outside.. then go dump around in the basement and play some pong.
