Dotty is a nice caring person who is shy at times. He will give you everything and more at times. He will also help you if you're sadand get you through tough times. He can be a douche at time but he's a really nice person when you get to know him. He's a funny guy.

A person or persons who go out of their way to find another person who is extremely depressed or lost and they proceed to take advantage and use them to the fullest destroying that person physically and emotionally to benefit themselves.

I got involved with a doty and lost everything including my self worth.

A player of the online Warcraft 3 mod Defense of the Ancients who is so grievously awful as to seem mentally handicapped. Often, this person will rush out on his own to fight 3 highly leveled enemies by himself, then ask for help when he is being ripped to shreds.
