A person who exiles them from a group, community, or the internet as a whole amidst drama they may or may not be associated with, or due to mental health reasons. This can also be a result of one being Cancelled.

I haven't heard from Jason on twitter in a while. Must have become an Internet Exile.

A place where anyone can state when the world is going to end, where the automatic images are of trump and Hilary, and where people express opinions they are uncomfortable with in real life because it would cause a malstrom of hate an yelling and anger that can only be enjoyed through a screen where no one has the ability to punch you.
