Where some guys take a small radio controlled helicopter and put a plastic penis on it or make it look like a penis and then fly it around and/or into some one.
It is sometimes done to someone making a speech that they don't like.
This is sometimes done by those in the porn scene movement,underaged sex movement,teen sex movement , pedophile civil rights movement and neohippie movement ect.
