Meaning a group of friends that walk side by side at the same speed at the same distance at the same time with no apparent departure from formation.

It can also mean being a stalker.

When you absolutely out of your mind drunk, and you start doing silly things, such as roly polys and copious amounts of bag.

Often, when you are at the brink of "Silly Mode" you will shout it out, and encourage others to get silly with you.

Friend 1: "I'm going to have a few beers tonight, would you like to join?"

Friend 2: "Hell yeah. It's Friday. Let's go Silly Mode!!!!"
