A worthless piece of shit who is enormously incompetent and yet also a gigantic fucking prick. His lack of talent would be laughable, had he not achieved a level of authority or fame that makes him dangerous. He attempts to hide his inabilities by being a complete dick to others. His bubble of self-importance prevents him from seeing that everyone hates him with a holy passion.

Commonly found among politicians, CEOs, self-righteous celebrities, and North Korean dictators.
