Someone who grinds games out for the sole purpose of being better than you. He is on the game every second of his life and is probably academically smart (somehow) but lack any sort of common sense or emotional intelligence. It is normally used as a way to refer to someone like a username or a nickname.

Person 1 : "mahsolos why are you always topfragging"

While driving, a driver you spot on the road with similar license plate characteristics as your own. Such as same letter combination, number combination, or same state (if you are traveling)
