Top G refers to one who is a homosexual.

This term is often used by British-American media personality Andrew Tate (former Kickboxer and Romanian Inmate)

The original meaning of "Top G" meant "Top Gangster" shortened to Top G.
the term was changed due to annoying Tate fans overusing to term. (mainly on Discord, Twitter, and TikTok)

Person 1: Did you see Andrew Tate's Twitter post?
Person 2: Yeah, He is Top G.

Person 3: Hey, Did you hear them back there?
Person 4: Yeah they must be homosexual.
