Just Sayin'

This phrase is used by someone after it is pointed out that their preceding comment(s) seemed to be those of a hater. It's also said after an insult in disguise, or when someone is jealous of you, but wont/can't say it directly.
Bob: "Damn Tommy, you got another pair of watch? You're like some trust fund kid."
Tommy: "Why are you worried about my watches? It sounds like you hatin' on me or something."
Bob: "Nah bro...C'mon, Im just sayin' bro. We're bro's, right?"

or

Bob: "Nice shoes Tommy."
Tommy: "Thanks Bob! You really like em'?"
Bob: "Yea, they're soooooo coooooool :/"
Tommy: "The way you said that make it seem as though you think otherwise."
Bob: "Nah bro... c'mon bro... They're cool, im just sayin' bro."

Just not funny

A joke that is "just not funny" is a really crap joke that only the person saying it finds funny. It is quite often a dad joke or a joke that is poorly timed and inappropriate for the situation it is said in. It's different than a dry joke in the sense that even the mostist lube couldn't make it wet.

"Just not funny" is also a way of describing a really salty dry person, who could really do with marinating in some moisture.

It can also be used off hand to aggregate people with residing hair lines.

just got told

Clearly a misunderstanding of the phrase, "(you) just got owned."

The word "told" simply conveys an idea of verbal transference of information. The connotations are completely neutral, and any negative value incorrectly associated with "told" should more accurately be attributed to the content of the actual information being told ("Don't shoot the messenger," indeed). On the other hand, ownership (especially in a historical human context) is generally never a good thing.
"I just got told that my mom gave birth to a happy, healthy boy; my new brother!"

"Oh shit, I heard you just got told by that girl you asked out that she was a sophomore in high school and maybe you should look for someone your own age; a senior.......senior citizen!! You just got owned, son!!"
