A pedestrian who stops and observes any large construction project out of curiosity, or entertainment. In New York City, some large construction projects even have openings or windows in the protective wooden fences to allow people to watch.

Philip always stops at construction sites to learn what is going on due to his curiosity. He's a real sidewalk engineer.

Sideways Canal Drop

1) A disgusting sexual maneuver involving 2 or more very gay men. The maneuver begins by enlarging the anus of one of the gay men (gape). This can be accomplished with a very lare penis or an inanimate object, such as a baseball bat. Once the gape has been achieved, the gaping anus is elongated by inserting two hands and pulling in opposite directions. This elongation of the gaped anus creates the "canal" which is essential for the next part of the maneuver, the drop.
