Phrase used to imply rebooting an old series successfully. Giving a franchise a new start with much popularity and success like Chris Nolan's Batman trilogy.

Person A: "Hey man, did you see the Amazing Spider-Man trailer? I hope it does well."
Person B: "Yeah, I guess we'll see if the new director can pull a Nolan."

The official start of the major disease that spread across the world, Nolanitis. This disease is unknown to many but it is starting to make headlines. This person is currently under strict quarantine currently.
