A Charlie is nice and funny, but not always the sharpest knife in the drawer. He can make anyone laugh, no matter whom and what mood they're in. A Charlie is spontaneous, random, sweet, and caring, yet sometimes doesn't fully express their good emotions. Even though they aren't perfect, they're super great.
