Incompetence

The most desirable trait one must posses in order to serve as a County Commissioner. When combined with paralysis by analysis, this will create desirable leadership in government positions.

Incompetent Camouflage

Pretending or giving the illusion of incompetence and ignorance to hide or conceal your intellectual genius or diabolical plan.

The press thought it was a sign of his incompetence and true ignorance, but in reality it was "Incompetent Camouflage" designed by him to give his clients enemies a continued false sense of security while he continued with is plan.

incompamnesia

A condition suffered by Australian politicians at all levels of government, both Labor and Liberal politicians are widely known to suffer from the condition. The condition is defined by two characteristics, incompetence and amnesia.

During the early stages of Incompamnesia, decisions that lack intellectual or ethical credibility are often made. Early onset Incompamnesia will often result in the decision making process being outsourced to Chief Medical Officers who also suffer from incompamnesia.

Often when a person who suffers from Incompamnesia is questioned about why they made a particular decision, they will simply deny any involvement or knowledge of the decision in question being made. When confronted with evidence that they were in fact informed about the decision in question, they will acknowledge that they were informed, but the information simply did not register, and due to the fact that they suffer from Incompamnesia they should not be held accountable as Incompamnesia is medical condition which is protected under Australian Law.

Under Australian Law, it is an offence to not to elect or hire someone to a bureaucratic position who does not suffer from incompamnesia.
The evidence suggests that you approved a $30m acquisition of a parcel of land at Badgerys Creek that was only worth $3m at the time of acquisition.

Objection! Your honour, my client suffers from Incompamnesia and this line of questioning is prohibited under Australian Law.

The evidence suggest that you were informed that the hotel quarantine contract was to be awarded to a private security firm that was not on the approved list of contracting firms at the time of approval.

Objection! Your honour, my client suffers from Incompamnesia and this line of questioning is prohibited under Australian Law.
