Astro Time is the time after 3 am in the morning, when no braincells are working anymore, so you basically talk garbage and go on autopilot. After Astro Time started you can't be held accountable for anything you say or do anymore, because you are literally becoming a dolphin and being only half conscious.
After 3 am there has to be sleeping time, which has to last about at least 10 hours. If it doesn't last 10 hours, that makes the next period of Astro Time start sooner. Let's do some maths, shall we?

Get the Astro Timemug. A character created by the Japanese game developer Team ASOBI, first appearing in the 2016 title "Playroom VR" before making his debut in "Astro Bot Rescue Mission" in 2018.
As of 2023, he is used as the de-facto mascot for PlayStation and especially the PS5 and PSVR systems, to which he is native to, appearing in PSVR promotional material and even on Sony Japan's "CurioStep" education initiative. His most recent game, "Astro's Playroom" is dedicated towards the history of PlayStation, with references to past games, hardware and even ideation of the console scattered in every nook and cranny of the platformer, giving most of its players glowing impressions. Get the Astro vacuummug. It's interesting how almost 2 years ago, it was popular to accuse the Astros of cheating and everybody did it, and they became the scapegoat, discrediting their success, but now when just one team does it, the decision to accuse the Astros after their 5th in a row ALCS victory is ill-advised and unpopular, (which is a lot anybody that accuses them now being told to shut up about it already) making anybody who says anything about cheating the scapegoat, and discrediting any success they had against the Astros. 2 years can change a lot of things while nobdy is looking or paying attention.
The Astros cheating scandal went from being something popular to talk about 2 years and everybody was doing it, and the Astros weren't allowed to respond or stand up to the accusations, to now anybody accusing the Astros of cheating is not allowed to stand up to the Astros or say anything. It must have to do with the 50 million people can't be wrong mentality, either way. If that doesn't tell you the game is thrown and the system is rigged before it ever begins, then what does?

First appearance on episode 72 to save the stupid of Astro Detainer of getting kill against G-Toilet 4.0. He has children, in which one of them was seriously injured o even dead after episode 75. He make a big appearance in episode 77 to fight Upgraded Titan Tvman, where this guy steals his laser canon but Juggernaut wins anyway. He was going to kill Titan Tvman but the Skibidi Armada appear with G-Toilet 5.0 to help.
