Sleep is something that you do to retain or get energy. Most adults need to get 7-8 hours of sleep, children need to get 7-10 to stay away from insomnia and to have a healthy life. No one should over sleep or else your body will feel like it needs more and you will just feel like plain shit.

sleep syncing: when you and a friend(s) wake up at the same time usually in the middle of night or really early morning. You start to sleep at the same time and or get the same dreams if there is more then two people sleep synced, you will frequently wake up until your unsynced.
