1- Scene kid. Someone with backcombed, puffy hair in bright colours, pastels, white or black, often with a lip or nose piercing, who wears Blood On The Dance Floor band merch

It can be also used as a plot lock I guess.

Referring to someone who is utterly useless and his words do not contribute anything meaningful to society, in a particular scenario. (used as a verb or noun).

"Bro, he's such an empty scene in this rave party. Look at him playing with his pant buttons when we're all dancing."
