According to Titus Andromedon from Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, “Kim, let me explain how the Internet works. See, it's not a big truck. It's a series of tubes, and those tubes are filled with the Internet. And it's coming here through the air.”

Niche Internet Microcelebrity Syndrome is a syndrome afflicting internet users, usually on Twitter. Niche Internet Microcelebrity Syndrome refers to the mentality that one gains usually due to one or more of the following: A follower count of >1000, a decent fanbase, and 2-3 loyal dickriders on their social media. This is often an incurable syndrome, and can be combated with frequent bullying & ego checking.
“Bro, this guy told me I had to pay a cancellation fee for this video game commission.”
“He did? Bro must have Niche Internet Microcelebrity Syndrome!”
