rebound friend;(n) someone that replaces the person whom a person broke up with and use all the benefits but not as bf or gf. To do bf/gf stuffs with a friend withou being his or her partner, thus evading the pains of a real relation ship.

Girl: I'm breaking up with you!
Girl: *finds a friend and asks... "hey will you be my rebound friend?"
Rebound friend: Okay. :)

*Goes on a date as if they were together but aren't
does things usually what a couple would do:
-Kiss
-Hug
-Romantic stuff
-Etcetera.

(verb) When friend #1 solicits friend #2 for intercourse or other sexual favors because friend #1 is desperate as shit and has not had any in forever and solicits friend #2 in an inappropriate way, time, or place.

So, I was standing in the bread isle at Giant when Matt approaches me and asks me for "friend-sex"... What the fuck is "friend-sex?!!"
