Such units may be comprised of members of for-profit entities, regional or ethnically-concentrated units or any other unit type demonstrating a high degree of brand cohesion, overconfidence, adulation for wartime atrocities and other sundry behaviors that can only be described as “profligate douchebaguery”.

Australian Slang: A person who is highly competent at a specific skill. ‘Weapon’ refers to a person who displays great skills or competence. ‘On the tools’ is an ambiguous reference to a particular task or skill set.
