home

A colloquial term used to refer to "college" after a prolonged stay, typically when a student has taken six years or more to graduate. This reflects a sense of familiarity and permanence, as the college experience extends beyond the typical timeframe.
After spending nearly seven years there, I started calling college my home, feeling more connected to the campus than ever.

Nothing to write home about

Used to describe something that's average, unimpressive, or just plain boring. If it’s "nothing to write home about," it’s not worth getting excited over—like a bland meal, a forgettable movie, or a mediocre date.

Stay At Home Rapper

A self-proclaimed “artist” whose rap career begins and ends in their bedroom. Usually got a DistroKid account and think uploading a track to Spotify makes them a verified rapper. No studio sessions, no producer links, no visuals — just phone voice memo recordings and delusion. The name comes from how they never leave the house to actually build their craft. Basically SoundCloud energy with zero outside motion.
Devin: “Ayy, you remember Keon from school?”
Andre: “Yeah, why?”
Devin: “Bruh’s a whole stay at home rapper now — recording on his iPhone and got ‘booking info’ in his bio.”
Andre: “LMAO that dude was always wild.”
