Overripe teenager

Someone in his 20s (or even 30s) that still acts like a 17 year-old. Overripe teenagers who are male often try to date teenage girls. Overripe teenagers who are female not only act like a 17 year-old, but dress like one, too.

Jim: What's up with Jeremy? He's 35, working at McDonald's and dating a 19 year old?
Eric: He's just being Jeremy.
Jim: I think he is an overripe teenager.

A adolescent youngster who is annoying, squeals and thinks she is in love when a guy just even looks at her, wears anything out of her big sister's closet. They often pretend to be actors from channels such as disney or cartoon network on the internet.

Teenie boppers outside my window: "Omg he looked at you, I know he is soooo in love with you" "EEEEEEEE" "OOOOOOOOOOH"

Being a teenager is the first time you encounter love, temptation, hate, stupidity, and your principles. There are stupid people, foolish people, smart people, cool people, whatever else you can think of. It is a time in your life where it's like a blindfold is taken off of you and you see the world as it is. You know what is out there and you have adult privelleges, but you are free of nagging adult responsibilities. Enjoy it my friends. Enjoy it before you become part of a soceity that makes you a drone.

Being a teenager is a chaotic and incredulous time but it can be great.
