A person who says they're flaking out of an event or other social gathering, and then gets angry at another person for making other plans after the fake flaker said they were not attending.

Brimmed Fluke

A man who intentionally commits a crime hoping to get arrested. Prior to this act, the Meth addicted pincushion stuffs as many drugs into their man cave as possible. When they arrive at a detention facility, they proceed to probe their own rectum to induce a bowel movement. This makes the drugs available to them for personal use and bartering. Items bartered for include other drugs, gay sex, phone calls, commissary, and a long list of further demeaning acts. Ironically always on the library list for the book "The Way of the Fish".
