Its a definition for modern day Pakistanis of today who inhabit a land called Aryavartta of ancient times. Hitler visited the Kashmir Valley and called it "the valley of the Aryans". All Pakistanis speak Indo Aryan languages and the Dardic branch is the purest of the Aryan languages. You will also find that majority of northern Pakistanis are blond hair and blue eyes with aqualine noses unlike the J2 haplogroup Persians who look like Arabs with brown skin, unibrows and hook noses which shows clear semite ancestry from Arabs and Elamites. Indians are Aryan and Dravidian mixed and Afghans are Mongoloids mostly but still want to to claim Aryan ancestry as well because obviously we're a lot more attractive in looks compared to our neighbors. Also Pakistan has the highest amount of R1a people in the region and the highest lactose tolerance in the region as well
