International Hung Over Day

January 1st.

The first day of the new year. Usually starting about 12pm when people wake up from the parties with a hang over.

Also known as New Years Day.

Joe called me on International Hung Over Day just so he could torment me for having gotten drunk the night before.

A man or woman with a really nice body, but an ugly face. Therefore, they are only tolerable with a bag over their head.
