Sart

Sart -- the name of a part of the settled population of some regions of Central Asia. However, recently it has been used as an insult mainly towards Uzbeks, Kyrgyz and Kazakhs, in order to emphasize their "impurity" of race or to insult because of the dark skin, which is inherent to the inhabitants of the region due to the heat and desert areas. It is used along with "mambet" to insult the opponent and humiliate him to the state of "subhuman".

A: Do you know that Yusuf is from Uzbekistan?
B: Really? I guess that is why my Kazakh friends call him "sart".

C: Yeah, he is "sart" as hell.
