Get the alice skin pipe linemug. A humorous phrase used when a person, who is caught off guard, completely and immediately ends a violent situation by being violent first/faster/more efficiently. (usually a punch thrown resulting in a knockout, or a gun fired fatally at an opponent)
The action taken would be referred to as being the 'one in the pipe' and the person who performed said action would be in posession of it.
Similar to saying "I was ready" even though there was no way anyone could have seen something coming.
