Paranormal Activity Dance

The movement made by standing still and then shifting your weight back and forth ever-so-slightly. This 'dance' is in relation to the film Paranormal Activity in which the time lapse shot of the main female character standing over her partners bed appears to make her 'dance'.

This movement can also be used to freak out your friends in the middle of the night.
Adam: Yeah! Kevin was so drunk last night all he could do was break out into the Paranormal Activity Dance.

We gonna dance

Translation: You and I are going to fight, have at it, brawl, make with the bitch slapping.

Sometimes people 'dance' verbally, and other times, they 'dance' physically. Either way, the 'dance' ends in some kind of pain.
"You lyin' bitch!"
"What did you just call me?"
"I called you a lyin' bitch!"
"That's it. You and me, we gonna dance."

Educational Dance Music

Educational dance music (EduDM) is a genre of dance music created by DJ Kronotrope. This is essentially dance music that doubles up as an educational tool by imparting valuable knowledge to specialist groups and/or the general public through song.

Songs have been used as a medium for imparting knowledge for centuries. Though inferior in many respects to more traditional forms of learning, they remain especially potent for delivering small pieces of important information – especially the kind that needs to be memorised. This is because most songs contain loops. Usually, melodies constitute such loops; but for many songs with vocals, even lyrics loop. Looped lyrics assail the listener's mind and 'drill the information into one's head', so to speak.

EduDM songs must satisfy the conditions listed below:

1. The song qualifies as dance music
2. The knowledge imparted is valuable
3. The knowledge is 100% factually correct based on authoritative sources such as recognised academic journals
4. The knowledge imparted is not revisable within the foreseeable future
5. The song features no vulgar content (e.g. vulgar songs about sex and drugs cannot qualify as EduDM)
1. Educational dance music songs can save lives. It's true!

2. Educational dance music provides a means by which specialists in their respective fields of work can show off how much knowledge they possess about a subject to people that don't really care.

3. Tom: "I was so drunk last night that I couldn't even remember whether or not I was making out with Anne or Sarah. For some reason, though, I seem to know all about Heideggerian metaphysics, quantum mechanics, and how to perform a total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral saphingo-oophorectomy. Word."

Brad: "It was the EduDM, man. EduDM was being played at that club all night."

Sarah: "I LOVE EduDM!"

Vegas Dance Off!

Taken from the main definition of dance off but twisted for Vegas. When two or more people start dancing randomly in Las Vegas for no prize. IMPORTANT: Must be walking in a casino looking for slots or in the middle of a group of people shopping/walking or make alot of money playing slots/table games. One person screams 'Vegas Dance-Off' randomly. This is important; 'ALL' must dance to make it work. The person that wins is the last one dancing.
Craig, Mev, and Paz were walking down to the wheel of fortune slot machine. Mev yell's DANCE OFF! All three of us start dancing while the senior citizen's look dazed and confuzed. Later we tell the confuzed, its the "Vegas Dace Off!"

Later that evening, all of us were on the esculator and someone yells DANCE OFF! Everyone drops it like its hot on the esculator.

At 2am in the morning, Paz makes alot of money playing BlackJack. Paz screams VEGAS DANCE OFF! Everyone starts dancing and yell 'make it rain' on deez hoes.
