Basically a piece of shit who tries to pretend that everyone else is arrogant so they feel better about themselves. You can find working them at your local fast food restaurant, or sleeping in trashbags around back of it. They like to sleep outside the buildings that the valuable people to society work in. The worst stoners are the rich, privelidged kids who just smoke becuase they like the think they are "rebels" and "badass". They usually try to be new-age hippies who hate everything becuase they think that makes them look cool, and are not the "happy, peaceful" people they say they are. They're actually dirty, smelly, 99% of the time ugly, and take up hard earned money to pay for their welfare. Everyone knows that the definition of stoner is a person who enjoys smoking marijuana, but beyond that, enjoys the marijuana culture (demographically speaking, they tend to be smokers who grow).
But there is a definition borrowed from a really old webster dictionary definition from the late 1500's... ok im just making that up, I just made up a definition, but should suit a definition mathematically.
these are the tools i measure with (its a medium sized jay)
Measured in days(d), joints (W).
Criteria:
If a the person smokes atleast two Ws a day for 28 consecutive days straight.
If a person smokes without prior planning or knowledge of smoke/smokes out with people they randomly meet on the street.
Has had a 14 day or more smoking trip or smoking binge with their friends where they have each smoked 10 or more Ws each day.
If the person fills two or more of those criteria, they are stoners- good for you :)

A name given to a person like, well, me. Stoners are often claimed as being wretched violent people when the fact is we aren't. Marijuana is a relaxant, therefore we are just chilled and tend to be generally slower than most. And to those people who claim they are real stoners because they smoke 3-5 times a day...Bro, get a life. You aren't a stoner, you just don't go out much.
