Get the Lay Rubbermug. The act of using ones wiener in sexual intercourse. Derived from the expression "I wouldn't lay a finger on (noun)", and its converse, "I would lay a finger on (noun)" The amount of "wien" to be laid can be expressed through the use of numbers, which represents the intensity of ones desire to lay a wien. (Note: When using numbers, the word "wien" is NOT pluralized to "wiens." It remains "wien." Also, fractional values as numbers are not acceptable.)
