Attention sneezing

No normal person sneezes more than twice in a row, those that do: attention sneezers.

Achoooo! Look at me! I'm making lots of noise but it's socially acceptable because it's a sneeze!

Let me drag out this period of attention focused on me by sneezing five hundred times. Then also blowing my nose like a foghorn.

Cuddling up to another in an attempt to sway their attention, usually while the other party is occupied or reluctant to respond. Inconsideratly making demands on another person's time.

My girlfriend/pet/kid is mugging for attention - bbl.

attention marks

Refers to the multiple, pitiful scratch marks on ones wrist. These cuts are harmless and their only intent is to draw attention and sympathy from someone who "accidentally" notices them. Commonly found on emo kids wrists.
