A person who can't make their own scripts but they rely on someone else for making the scripts.

I would say this person rely on a SKID which is a person who makes their own scripts. S stands for script or coding. Kid stands for the person who scripts.

Oh hey look at that skid user over there he can't even make his own scripts he rely on others making scripts.

A culture that expects men to buy all the expensive gifts in a relationship. This culture is rooted in the past where men were almost always the primary income earners. Antiquated but carried forward by most cultures globally.
