To steal something just for fun and to be annoying. Usually just to be funny and not because you actually want something. Not anything serious or anything that could get you in big trouble, just small things.
Frank: What's Your Devious Lick today?
Brady: I took a stapler from the teacher's desk.
or
Anthony: Devious Lick that person's water bottle.

A TikTok trend where high schoolers steal things from high school. Be careful because there's a chance that you'll be warned or arrested.
"Ay, check this out, I'm about to hit the most devious lick."
"Do it, bro. Ain't no way they're gonna see it again!"

(Nous) As far as I know, it is when you steal something (you 'nick' a good 'ol thing) from your school or public place (maybe, I assume, I don't really know, I haven't looked it up yet) and then you post about it online because man, it's cool.
Dude, did you see my devious lick on TikTok? I got a soap dispenser, man. It's freaking sick! My mum was like "Where'd you get that?" and I was like "Not Telling"
