Gamer Buddy is slang that is used to describe a person that you don't consider a friend and only talk to about games or other entertainment media. You can alternatively say GB for short.

Person 1: Yo you're so good at this game man
Person 2: Thanks, my GB taught me
Person 1: Who?
Person 2: My Gamer Buddy, I don't fuck with him but he is good when it comes to games

Someone who uses his or her thumb as a mutual part of the relationship. This can include constant thumbs up for a good job, or anal penetration.
