Recursively Reinforced Racism

Often referred to as 'Triple R', this is a feedback loop where people — intentionally or not — repeat and strengthen racist or stereotypical behavior and beliefs. Think of it like racism on autopilot: it keeps recycling through media, culture, schools, and families, getting stronger each time it's unchecked.
It shows up a lot in younger generations (thanks, internet), but older folks aren’t off the hook — especially those who grew up recursively reinforced racism or contributed to it. Either way, it’s a negative loop that feeds itself like a bad algorithm trained on garbage data
Being Black in an all-white high school, I dealt with my fair share of racism. Looking back, I realize a lot of those kids were surrounded by recursively reinforced racism — mostly passed down from their parents.

Anti-Arsenal Racism

A term used to describe systematic and sustained discrimination against Arsenal Football Club, its players, and its supporters within football institutions and discourse. This discrimination is perceived through disproportionate criticism, harsher media narratives, inconsistent refereeing decisions, and the normalization of negative stereotypes about the club and its fanbase.

Anti-Arsenal racism is often characterized by unequal standards: actions by Arsenal players being judged more severely than identical actions by players from other elite clubs, alongside the routine dismissal of Arsenal supporters’ concerns as delusional or conspiratorial.

Characteristics:

Persistent framing of Arsenal failures as cultural or moral flaws rather than situational or tactical issues

Refereeing inconsistencies that disadvantage Arsenal in comparable match situations

Media narratives that minimize Arsenal achievements while amplifying shortcomings

Stereotyping Arsenal fans as “overemotional,” “entitled,” or “out of touch with reality”

Impact:
Supporters argue that anti-Arsenal racism contributes to institutional bias, erodes competitive fairness, and shapes public perception of the club in ways that are difficult to reverse, regardless of on-field performance.

Schrödinger’s Racist

When a person who drops racism and says they “Aren’t racist” because they hate everyone (which includes everyone’s race)

It is a form of excuse for racists to be let off the hook since in their mind, everyone is worse than them no matter the race.
Atlas: “I swear I’m not a Jew but I can’t stop stealing money from people”

Moose: “Dude that’s literally racism. What the fuck are you on about?”

Atlas: “I’m not a fucking racist because everyone sucks equally no matter the race.”

Moose: “Okay, Schrödinger’s Racist.”
