Some Karen’s I actually feel bad for, because they aren’t a Karen at all. They are kind-hearted and trustworthy people. But… if your friends with a “LET ME SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER” Karen.. yeah… they are pretty self explanatory.

Cashier: Ma’am your total will be… $146.95.
Karen: $146.95!?!?
Cashier: Yeah?
Karen: What is this grocery store running?!? A full on fancy restaurant with fancy little napkins?!? Ugh!!

African-Ameri-Karen

Middle/Upper class or higher female human African-American woman complaining of services offered or rendered. Often driving a generic 5-10 year old Lexus; Kia and Cadillac can also be a preferred automobile, but any manufacturer can fall victim.

That woman waiting in front didn't like the quote I gave her to repair her car, even though I offered to comp her oil change this visit. Now, she's out front whispering to our other customers that we're responsible for her lack of vehicle maintenance.

Overcompensating Karen

A self-aware Karen (or unfortunate person with a Karen-vibe) attempting to reform from problematic Karen behavior so they act like the antithesis of a Karen by overcompensating and displaying over-the-top friendly behavior to people in the service industry in order to seem more relatable. They often coming off as inauthentic but their intentions aren’t necessarily bad.

This entitled-looking middle-aged white woman with an inverted bob haircut is obviously trying extremely hard to be relatable and liked by the manicurist. It’s hard to watch this Overcompensating Karen.

Usually females but some are considered males a.k.a. Kevin's. The Natural Habitat they live in is big companies such as Walmart, target, and also fast food companies such as McDonalds etc. When they do not get their way they ask to speak to the manager or they try to call the cops. Do not become one of these people.
