When you want attention sooo bad you start throwing a hissy (usually seen amongst children but some rare adults are known to throw attention when they don't get their way)

Man, my kid was up in arms yesterday throwing attention like it was everybody's business; I had to get up and get him to settle down.

The person or persons receiving the "fuck" are expected to answer for their actions or be considered "leva" (traitor to ones social group).
